Last week I accepted a request in Google and added this person to my "Circle."   I didn't really know him, but my computer said that we had twenty-five gazillion friends in common . . . so who am I to disagree with my computer?  It even showed me some of our mutual friends profile pics.   When I added him to my "circle" I was allowing him to swim in my stream. This week I deleted him.  Ignored, unfriended . . . OMIGOSH I can not keep up. But he was g-o-n-e. Why? Because he posted something which appeared on my stream and what he posted was just this side of porn. I'm sure the twenty-five gazillion of our mutual friends got the same post in their stream too. If you're not checking the "newsfeeds," the "streams," the "links," the "tweets," the "twits," for those people you've "friended" "followed" "linked" "liked" "circled" . . . you are allowing people to phish in your stream  Perhaps it's because I'm older now and feel like saying "HEY you kids . . . get off my lawn." I actually don't want to see a bootilicious woman streaming on my site with an invite to come and party at the after-hours club, thank you very much. I don't care that my computer told me we have twenty-five gazillion friends in common.  Maybe because no one checks people anymore . . . but I'm no longer taking the word of my computer that we have people in common.  I don't care!  If someone is hocking a product I'm not comfortable with, I'm going to ignore their request.  If I see them phish in my stream about something I'm not comfortable with, I'm deleting . . . and our twenty-five gazillion mutual friends can have you pollute their sites with this crap, but I won't. Be Prepared to Make Your Mortgage Application            A short while ago, I wrote a blog regarding the upcoming increases that will be coming to mortgages as a result of recent government Enactments regarding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.        I found a recently-written article in National Mortgage News.  It presses home the same message as my blog.
