Well again this one came out better... but still had a weird green apple flavor... I think from the liquid extract from Coopers. This time my 3rd is with DME (Dry Malt Extract) and the same hop schedule. If this one is not satisfactory.. then I will change my water source, and also switch sanitizer.
I like the simple fermentation. I think if I expand, or brew 5-6 gallons... I'll still use a stand alone vessel with cover... and it cones down to a tap to pour/bottle at the base.
